Today, Rep. Salud Carbajal (CA-24) released the following statement after the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals voted unanimously against reinstating President Trump's Executive Order indiscriminately banning immigration from seven predominantly Muslim countries:

"Today's ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, denying the reinstatement of the President's unconstitutional ban, is a victory for American values and for our national security. This decision reinforces the critical role of the judiciary in maintaining checks and balances of power."
